The temple reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. All services are subject to availability, temple rules, and administrative decisions.

3. Eligibility:

Transactions on the Siva Temple Injimedu website or mobile platforms are available only to individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are considered “incompetent to contract” including minors, undischarged insolvents, or persons otherwise restricted by law are not eligible to use the platform independently. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may access the platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Any transactions made by a minor must be carried out by the parent or guardian. 4.1 Purchase of Pooja & Daily Seva Tickets:

Devotees may search for availability and book Poojas and Sevas through the website. All bookings are subject to temple rules and availability. Devotees must strictly adhere to traditional dress codes while attending sevas. Male devotees are required to wear traditional attire such as Dhoti/Pancha with Kanduva, and female devotees must wear Saree or other traditional clothing. Entry may be denied if proper dress code is not followed. Certain sevas may have restrictions regarding number of participants, timing, and eligibility. Children may be allowed only as per temple guidelines. Devotees must follow all instructions given by temple authorities during participation.

4.2 Online / Remote Seva Booking:

Devotees who are unable to physically visit the temple may opt for remote or online seva participation where available. Such sevas may be performed on behalf of the devotee, and details such as name, gothram, and other relevant information may be included in the Sankalpam during rituals. Live streaming or recorded sessions may be provided through online platforms where applicable. The temple does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming services due to technical limitations.

4.3 Purchase of Darshan Tickets:

Devotees can search availability and book Darshan tickets online by providing necessary details such as name, gender, age, and valid government-issued ID proof. All devotees included in the booking must report together at the specified time with original identification documents. Devotees are required to follow temple dress code strictly. Entry into temple premises with prohibited items such as mobile phones, electronic devices, or luggage may be restricted. Devotees must carry printed or digital proof of booking. A grace period may be allowed, after which the ticket becomes invalid. All bookings are final and cannot be cancelled, postponed, or refunded unless otherwise specified. The temple reserves the right to cancel darshan under special circumstances without prior notice.

4.4 Purchase of Accommodation:

Devotees may book accommodation facilities such as A/C and Non-A/C rooms subject to availability. Booking confirmation must be presented at the time of check-in. The temple reserves the right to allocate rooms based on availability and administrative considerations. Devotees must follow all accommodation rules and guidelines during their stay.

4.5 Purchase of Publications / Donations / Other Services:

Devotees may purchase temple publications, subscribe to newsletters, or make donations through the platform. All such transactions are considered as voluntary contributions or service requests. The temple reserves the right to accept or reject any order or request without assigning any reason. In case of failed transactions where payment is deducted but service is not confirmed, refunds will be processed after verification within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7–15 working days.

5. Media Room:

The website or mobile platform may contain media content such as photo galleries, video galleries, temple events, publications, news updates, announcements, and other informational material. All such content is provided for informational and devotional purposes only and may be updated, modified, or removed without notice.
